Meet HATTIE !
HATTIE is a precious Bully mix girl. She was dumped in a neighborhood unable to walk well due to an infection from a couple of wounds in her back legs. She was taken to a high kill shelter and we were able to rescue her and get her the veterinary care she needed. Her legs are totally healed now and Hattie is feeling wonderful! She loves to play with toys and she knows “sit” and “shake”. Her face is so expressive and it is fun to watch her reactions as she is talked to and played with…and she loves to have her belly rubbed.
She is around 4-5 years old and weighs about 60 pounds. She is doing good walking on a leash and is a quick learner. She is okay with male dogs, but a little reactive to other females. Hattie is not a fan of cats, so she could not go to a family with kitties.

For out-of-state adoptions:
HATTIE's adoption fee is $500 (this includes transport). The fee also includes her spay, current vaccinations (rabies, 2 parvo/distemper boosters, and bordatella), flea and tick prevention, negative heartworm test, negative fecal, health certificate, and registered microchip.
She is available through Levelland Animal Friends, a partner rescue of Project Freedom Ride. We are located in the Texas Panhandle. She is located with our rescue here in Texas. She would be transported on one of the PFR transports in the following locations:
Northwest Route: Salt Lake City, UT - Meridian, ID - Mt. Vernon, WA - Seattle, WA – Richland, WA – Oregon City, OR - Portland, OR

As a Project Freedom Ride direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet would take place on video call (usually through Facetime or other video formats). The adoption application and fee would be finalized prior to transport.
