Hazel Basil

Hazel Basil is a female smaller (41 lb) lab/shepherd mix who is the sweetest girl. She loves everyone she meets, loves life and snacks and is a complete joy. Hazel is housetrained, has lived with kids/dogs and is ok with cats. She was born 3/2016 and acts like a much younger dog. Hazel is a social butterfly with a sweet face and a sunny disposition. Her only family could no longer provide for her and decided to surrender her so that she can have a better life. Most of our dogs are not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. If you do not live within a 2 hr drive of Orange County, please email us before applying to see if the dog you are interested in may be a candidate for long distance adoption. We may consider long distance adoptions for dogs who have been in our rescue for 6 + months with no local candidates. Our pets are fostered/boarded all over LA and Orange County. This pet is altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had a brief temperament evaluation to help us determine what type of a home he/she would thrive in. Please note that we put lots of time and effort to make sure our pets are ready to be someone's perfect pet before they go home.... and to make sure that we will have the best possible match for this pet we do require an : application, interview, adoption fee and in some cases a home check.
