Courtesy Post Honey is a loving and sweet Pitbull/Whippet Mix. She’s estimated to be around 4yr old, and is medium sized, weighing 50lbs. Honey was rescued after living a very sad life full of neglect in terrible outdoor living conditions, where she was eventually abandoned by her owners. Honey has all her necessary vet care, and she’s now learning all about the good life in her foster home! Despite her awful past, this girl is full of love and happiness. She is great with kids and people, and loves to be by your side! She is fully crate trained, potty trained, and is learning her basic commands. She will need continued work on her leash manners. Honey has many wonderful traits that will make her a great addition for a lucky family! She is great in the car, she loves a bath, and won’t jump on furniture without permission. Honey is an energetic girl and loves to play and rough house, so a fenced yard or regular exercise is a must for this active pup! She has done well interacting with submissive dogs, but does have a high prey drive – so no kitties for this girl. She would love a home with kids 10+ since she may knock down a little one. Honey is a smart and deserving girl who deserves to know nothing but love going forward. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.
