Meet Hope She was found as a stray who had been dumped in Macon County, Tennessee. She had a very pitiful story to start. She was dumped at the end of a street by the woods and a creed and left for dead like yesterday's trash. We were told that she waited there for her person to come back. She waited and waited. People took her food but should not come to anyone out of fear. Finally a nice and patient person hung out long enough to coax her into coming with them. At this time she was about 6 months old. She was very scared and timid for a couple months. Now she gained some confidence and is with 2 other dogs. She has been around a 7 year old at times and really liked them. She is really better with male dogs. She will take time to adjust and we don't take her to events but she is fearful there. We are continuing to work on her. She just needs a chance. She was born around 12/20/23.
The adoption fee is $350. This covers the vetting. That would include a spay, microchip, heartworm test, , rabies, bordatella and 4 parvo/distemper shots. She will be dewormed several times and will be started on flea/tick meds at 3 months. She will have a parvo shot every 3 weeks until she has had all 3 then the remaining vetting will be done by 6 months.
