Ingus

Ingus is a 6 year old German Shepherd that came to CCAS as a owner surrender. Ingus came in with 9 other dogs and showed confidence within the group. She is great with other dogs of all sizes and is good with cats but is known to only occasionally enjoy the chase. Ingus is not incredibly food motived but does enjoy snacks. Ingus really would enjoy someone with a very active lifestyle to go on walks hikes and runs with and seems incredibly comfortable in the woods/ trails. She is a fantastic girl with good recall (but doesn't usually stray very far from her human) and is good on a leash. She is house broken once a routine is established. Ingus really enjoys sun lounging while her person is outside and will stick close off leash. She is a stage 10 clinger and will walk through fire with the person she is most attached to. Ingus would benefit greatly from someone who is willing to go low and slow while gaining her trust.
