Meet Iris! Age: Approximately 6-9 months Breed: Collie Mix Iris's story began in a difficult hoarding situation in California, where she faced challenges that no young pup should have to endure. When she first arrived at our rescue, she was understandably shut down and unsure of her new surroundings. But with time, love, and care, Iris has made an incredible transformation, completing a total 180! Now, this sweet girl is learning what it means to be a dog. She loves to play with her foster siblings and thrives in their company, so she’ll need a home with another dog to help boost her confidence as she continues to grow. Iris is still working on basic puppy skills like potty training and manners, but her eagerness to learn and please makes her a joy to be around. At her core, Iris is an absolute sweetheart who longs for a family to love her.
