Meet Izzie, a 4 month old mix Breed. Izzie, a timid yet lovable puppy residing in a shelter. Her initial shyness might make you think she's aloof, but give her a moment. She'll warm up to you, especially if you have a treat in hand. Izzie is food-motivated, which makes training easier. She's eager to learn new tricks and commands, as long as there's a tasty reward waiting for her. Despite her bashfulness, Izzie has a heart full of love to give. Her gentle nature makes her an ideal companion for anyone seeking a loyal friend. Izzie deserves a forever home where she can flourish, showering her new family with endless love and devotion. Izzie will need an indoor home and a secure containment area to stay safe from wandering and escaping. Positive reinforcement, fear-free training will be needed. Daily exercise and mental enrichment will be very important. If you have other dogs in your home, we would be happy to arrange a meet and greet with your dog(s) to make sure everyone gets along. We don't know how she will do with cats. Izzie is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, spayed, and ready to go home today!
