This handsome guy with the prettiest, cinnamon colored coat and hazel eyes, is Jackson! Jackson is a 1 year old, 45 pound hound mix. He is very outgoing and fun to be around. Plus, he knows all the coolest tricks, like down, sit, and fetch! Some of his favorite things in the world are belly rubs, squeaky toys, and walks (or jogs if you're up for it)! If he looks a little jumpy in his pen, it is because he would rather be outside playing or lounging on the couch with you!  Adopt Jackson! His family was no longer able to care for him... Adoption fees are $60, $30 or free. If the pet has been at the shelter more than 30 days, they are free. Check the INTAKE DATE on the adoption card to determine this. If the pet is 4 years of age or older OR if you adopt more than one pet, the fee is $30 for each pet. All others are $60. OKC Animal Welfare is open for adoptions from 12-5:00 Tuesday through Saturday. The shelter is at 2811 S.E. 29th St., phone # 405-297-3100.
