My Story

Meet Jason: The Italian Luxury Car of Dogs! Calling all Dobie lovers your mid-size dream companion is here! Picture this: a sleek Italian sports car fast, elegant, and impossible to ignore. Thats Jason! This stunning Doberman/Pointer mix doesn't just turn heads; he captures hearts with his playful and goofy charm. Check out Jason in action! https://youtu.be/CKDomm6jK64 With a quiet confidence thats hard to resist, Jason walks like a pro on a leash, bringing calm and control to every outing. He's poised, gentle, and affectionate, always eager to connect whether its taking treats softly from your hand or resting his head in your lap for some quality cuddle time. Looking for a devoted companion? Jason is your guy! He thrives on building deep bonds and gets along well with other dogs, but his true joy comes from being with people making him your perfect right-hand man. If you are out on a walk with Jason, be prepared to socialize because in his eyes, everyone immediately loves him and wants to pet him! Jason is fostered with dogs of many personalities, breeds, sizes, and play styles. He has learned to do great during his meets of new foster siblings that join the pack. He runs and romps in the backyard for hours. They share toys and sticks. Jason goes from chase, to rowdy play, to sun bathing. And he's a model house guest! No barking, no accidents just a peaceful presence thats easy to love. But don't let his serene demeanor fool you; Jason knows how to kick it into high gear! He loves to run and zoom, showing off his speed that would make any sports car green with envy. A fenced yard is ideal for him to safely enjoy all that energy. To help Jason thrive, continued training and socialization are recommended. His love for adventure and fantastic leash manners make him the ideal sidekick for hikes, strolls around town, and everything in between. If you're searching for a companion that combines the allure of a luxury vehicle with the heart and soul of a loyal friend, look no further. Jason is ready to embark on a lifelong journey with you. The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is one of the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone! Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no choice but to euthanize animals for space. We prepare them for adoption by properly vetting and providing individualized care through our incredible behavior program that consists of socialization and leash training for all animals that enter our adoption program prior to matching them with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives. They are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts once adopted, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! Three Little Pitties Rescue will soon be celebrating our 5 year anniversary! Over the course of this time, we have been very fortunate for so much growth, allowing us to further connect with the community and save many lives. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 10,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be brought into our rescue program. Together, we can be heroes.
