My Story

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an Adoption Questionnaire at https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/43315/gener. You can learn about the adoption process by visiting: http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/howtoadopt/. Dog's Name: Jed (JED1224JNSMD) Estimated Breed: Hound MIX Approximate Age: 10 months Approximate Weight: 55 lbs Currently Living at: Boarding Adoption Fee: $400 DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Jed, a young, friendly, and sweet fella who has a heart full of love to give. He's an absolute delight to be around, always ready to share his affection and joy with those around him. He's very friendly and has a great rapport with other dogs. His sister, Cricket, can vouch for his friendly demeanor. The kennel is just a temporary home for Jed, he's ready to find a family that he can shower with love and loyalty. His sweet nature and friendly disposition will make him a wonderful companion. Adopt Jed and let him fill your life with unconditional love and endless happiness. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet. Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.
