My Story

Meet Joey, a friendly, lovable puppy who is looking for his forever family! Joey is an outgoing, energetic, friendly boy. He loves everyone that he meets and doesn’t have a shy bone in his body! He loves to play with his toys, including chew toys and soft stuffed, squeaky ones. He is learning fetch – so far he knows to chase the ball but he hasn’t quite figured out that he needs to bring it back yet! Joey is energetic and playful. He is looking for an active and fun forever home, we can imagine him playing on the beach or hiking in forests with his forever family! He’s also the perfect snuggler for post-adventure cuddles. He loves nothing better than ear scratches, chest rubs, and belly rubs. Joey is super smart and eager to please. Plus, he loves treats! These traits make him highly trainable. We think that he would thrive in a home with lots of physical and mental stimulation. He has even learned to use his voice to let you know when he needs something! But he is not a loud puppy overall. Joey is around 10 weeks old and weighs 10lbs – meaning that he will likely grow into a medium-large sized adult dog. He is great with kids and other dogs. He is working on potty training, but due to his young age, his forever family will need to be patient! He is too young to have tried leash walking yet! He sleeps in the puppy pen with his sister through the night without making a peep. Joey is being fostered in Austin, TX and is adoptable throughout Texas and Northeastern states. *All breed listings are educated guesses and not guaranteed*
