My Story

Meet John Snow! He ended up at the shelter on 2/23 when his family was evicted from their housing. His former family did note that he is crate and house trained as well as good with kids and other dogs. John Snow is stunning; his eyes are sky blue and he has such a beautiful coat! He is quite confused and scared in the loud, overwhelming shelter environment. The sooner this sweet boy can find a new, forever home the better! The volunteers describe John Snow as friendly and curious. He sits nicely when asked. Please do a little research on the Husky breed before adopting to ensure John Snow is a good fit for you. They need lots of physical and mental stimulation and they're naturally inquisitive and like to explore. They're not a good dog to leave unattended in the yard as they'll create their own adventures. If you're looking for a new workout/hiking and walking buddy, then John Snow may be your guy! John Snow is approximately a little over 1 year of age and weighs 34 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines and will be neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. John Snow is waiting in run 54; his ID # is 8345. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.
