My Story
Just as his name suggests, Johnny Boy is an absolute MUSH of lovin', puppy fat, and kisses! He's a genuine CHUMP for affection, and is far too cute to even EXIST! Look at him! Though, we aren't sure if Johnny has tapped into his hound dog blood quite yet, at about 5 months old, about 35 pounds, and we haven't heard a peep from him! All he does is give kisses, butt wiggles (he has the cutest wagging tail), and puppy dog eyes anytime you're near. But he's a content little boy, even when he's not getting all the attention in the world, and will lay happily at our feet, or go find a nice place to nap in the lobby. We truly cannot get enough of this handsome boy, and the second you meet him you'll feel the same way, if you don't already! Other than his amazing personality, Johnny is quite the little brainiac, he is crate-trained, and using that will make house-training SO easy! He also knows basic commands like "sit." and even does them anytime he can sniff a treat! He no doubt knows how to get all that he could ever want! If having the handsomest little hound dog sounds good to you, this is your guy!
My adoption fee is only $410! This fee includes a $100 sterilization deposit, to ensure you will get me fixed within 6 months of adopting me! AWF covers the surgery at the Monticello Vet Clinic with proof of contract, or you can take me to get fixed at your usual clinic, and AWF will still reimburse you the $100 deposit! The rest of the fee helps AWF with all the other care I've received to get me available for adoption! I am up to date on all of my age-appropriate vaccines such as DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies (over 3 months), up to date on preventatives, dewormed, microchipped, anything else I might've needed, and now I'm ready to get home with you!

Please Note: All adoptions are on a first-come first served basis with approved adoption applicants. We do not hold animals unless the adoption is out-of-state, and fees apply. The animal's welfare is our first and only priority, in doing so, they are moved from the shelter into their respective homes as quickly, & humanely as possible to remove the risk of undergoing extreme stress, immune system compromission, & behavioral concerns.
