My Story

Journee, our baby girl is currently in foster care with two dog foster sisters and loving foster parents. She will be spayed and has an appointment to correct cherry eye in both eyes. Here is a little note from her foster mom: Journee (we call her JoJo), is the most loving dog I have ever known. Seriously! She wants nothing more than to be with her people. I am currently her person. She is always at my feet and shares my office chair when I’m working. In fact, she’s on my lap as I type. She’s super smart, has mastered sit command. We are working on the wait and come command. Journee sleeps in her crate all night like a champ even when my dogs bark at animals outside in the middle of the night. JoJo goes with my dogs every morning at 6am for their run (she stays on leash) and wears her coat. She is not a fan of the cold but she loves being with them and meeting other people and dogs at the farm and on the trails. She only had a few accidents in the house and does not soil her crate at all, but is not yet letting us know when she needs to go out. We were just commenting on how she is never mad or upset even when my dogs correct her. She just goes with it and never reacts negatively. She is constantly happy and so chill. We love her so much; she is a great dog. Journee is up for adoption and to meet her please fill out her application. Any questions can be sent her adoption counselor [email protected].
