Ready, Set, Joy! Your Next Adventure Companion Awaits!
Our one-year-old, 40-pound blue Pitty mix who’s here to make every day brighter, bouncier, and just a little bit wilder. True to her name, Joy is pure happiness on four legs. She’s never met a stranger she didn’t like—human, dog, maybe even cat (though we’re not about to test her restraint in an unsupervised setting). She’s the life of the dog party at her rescue facility, easily fitting into a bustling house filled with pups of all sizes and personalities. From the tiniest teacup to the burliest big dog, Joy's philosophy is simple: if you’ve got a tail, let’s wag together!
On the active side, Joy would thrive with a family who can match her enthusiasm for life. Imagine her sprinting in a fenced backyard, throwing in some zoomies for dramatic effect, then coming inside to collapse with a happy sigh next to her people. She’s got the stamina for long walks, play sessions, and even light jogs if you’re so inclined. And if you’re ready for an exercise buddy with serious pep, Joy is ready to be by your side, tongue out, tail wagging, making every outing a true adventure.
Need some extra reassurance? Joy’s crate-trained and perfectly fine left home alone (though she’ll definitely be plotting her next big cuddle fest while you’re out). She has the perfect blend of youthful energy and chill independence. So if you’re looking for a dog who’s equal parts heart, hilarity, and high-energy fun, Joy’s your girl. She’s ready to bring some sparkle, spunk, and seriously fun vibes to her future family—she’s just waiting for the right partner(s) to share it all with!
