My Story

Julia is a captivating beauty with a heart as big as her personality. At around 1.5 years old, this sweet and social girl is looking for her forever home where she can shower her new family with love and affection. Julia’s journey began in the woods with her sibling, and though she was initially scared and shut down upon arriving at the shelter, a little love and patience have helped her blossom into the affectionate and playful dog she is today. She’s come a long way and is now ready to share her joy with a loving family. Here’s what makes Julia special: -Loving and Social: Julia absolutely adores being pet and is always eager to shower you with affection. - Well-Mannered: She is a gentle walker, knows the "sit" command, and seems to be housebroken. Julia also appears to be familiar with crates. - Dog-Friendly: Julia gets along well with other dogs who have mid-range energy levels. She came in with a dog we believe to be her sister, Annalise. While they’re not particularly bonded, they could happily be adopted together if that’s something you’re considering. - Ready for Adventure: Julia is excited to start her new life and is looking forward to rolling into new adventures with her forever family. She would do well in a home with kids 12 and up. If you’re looking for a loving, sweet-natured dog to be your new best friend, Julia might just be the perfect match.
