Meet Kamilo !! This sweet boy is ready for his new family. He is a wonderful family dog. Super loving. If you’re looking for a dog that wants all of your affection then this is the one. Kamilo is a 3 year old, male, beagle mix. He weighs 24 pounds and is full grown. He is already neutered, updated on vaccines and microchipped. He is thankfully heartworm negative. He did great with meeting all the dogs in his foster home. He was a little shy at first but comes around quickly. He’s been with small and large dogs, senior and playful dogs. He’s great with them all. He isn’t fostered with cats so we don’t know how he would do. He’s been absolutely wonderful with children. He loves kids. Kamilo is doing really well with his training so far. He has done great with potty training. He is crate trained and does great in the car. He still needs some work on leash training but doesn’t do too bad. He has not shown any aggression at all. He’s been fine sharing food, treats and toys with both humans and other dogs. He has a medium energy level. He is playful and fun but really really really likes to be held and cuddled. He likes to be with you more than he likes to be off playing. Kamilo is a hound and he has a big voice at times. He has no trouble howling and making all the beagle noises when he feels like it. He isn’t terrible about it but you will need to understand this is just a hound thing. He would not be a good dog for an apartment due to that. His foster says he came in and joined the pack immediately without any issues. He is learning well. He is a fairly easy-going guy that would make a great companion for one lucky family. His foster family did say he is very needy for attention. He is very easy to have around otherwise. He just really wants someone to sit with, sit on, cuddle with or just hang out with. Hes a snuggle buddy needing a best friend. Vet and home checks required. Located in Hampton VA.
