Meet Karman! This sweetie’s time was up and it was her turn to be euthanized for space, but the staff in the shelter knew she was special and sent out a plea begging for rescues to find space for her and PPRI was able to step up and save her last minute! Good thing, because she’s the most loving, gentle, playful best bud anyone could ever hope for. Karman is not just beautiful, with her sweet spotted ears and brindle legs, she’s also the most loyal companion and ready to go home to someone that appreciates both playdates and lazy afternoons on the couch. At 1 year old and 40 pounds, Karman is low maintenance and can adapt anywhere. She is absolutely smitten with her foster family, which includes 3 big dogs and four little kids and she loved every single one of them instantly. Whether it’s playtime with her furry friends or cozying up for some cuddles with the grown ups or the kiddos, Karman loves everyone all shapes and sizes. She’s a great balance of active and affectionate, often checking in for a quick hug to remind you just how much she adores you. Food-motivated and ready to learn, Karman is potty trained when she’s on a routine, and is working on alerting that she needs to go on her own. She sleeps through the night in bed with her humans, and is practicing going in her crate without crying.. but she’s just sad because she wants to be glued to her people!
