BCS 4/9 EENT - worn dentition, severely stenotic and calcified ear canal AS with purulent discharge; clear AD; eyes clear; unable to visualize TM AS Integument - fly strike AU, hair loss caudal dorsum, ulceration of nares, open wound distal to ear canal left side, pruritis score 6/9 CV/Resp - eupneic, no murmurs/arrhythmias GI/GU - intact male with both testicles MS - amb x 4, full orthopedic exam not performed. Neuro - no neurologic deficits A: chronic otitis - calcified ear canal pruritis worn dentition P: 0.6ml dexmed + 0.6ml torb IM needed for otoscopic exam cleaned left ear as much as possible, but ear canal is severely stenotic clipped and cleaned draining tract L side needs TECABO sx AS 80mg cytopoint SC CBC - mild inflammatory changes only Chem - elevated globulin 5.1 SDMA - within normal range T4 - within normal range
