KING- Needs a foster/forever home!

King is a 1 year old American Bulldog who spent most of his early life in a crate. He is full of life and weighs approx 80#. Soon after he joined the rescue he required emergency surgery for having a bone lodged in his GI tract. He is totally recovered and ready to find his forever family. LOVES playing fetch!! Tug of war and chew toys are kind of his thing. Would make a great adventure buddy. Great co-pilot for your travels and errands. King is extremely intelligent and loves to cuddle and give kisses!! Nino may do well with other dogs after a slow introduction. Unknown with cats. Children 10 & over because of his size. King REQUIRES a physically fenced physically fenced yard that he can safely play in and run off his energy. King is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and crate trained. He is working on potty training. King cannot wait to find his forever person/family so he can truly live like a king being spoiled, loved and taken on amazing adventures. All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6 week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI to adopt one of our dogs. No out of state or outside the U.S. adoptions or fosters. King’s adoption fee is $300. KING WOULD REALLY LOVE BEING IN A FOSTER HOME WHILE HE IS WAITING TO BE ADOPTED.
