My Story

Meet Kodiak, a stunning 2-year-old German Shepherd weighing 69 pounds. This young gentleman is the perfect mix of playful energy and sweet affection. He loves his toys and is great at entertaining himself, but he’s equally happy just sitting by your side with his favorite toy. Kodiak is intelligent and eager to learn, already mastering "sit" and showing a strong food and toy motivation that makes training a breeze. While he can get a bit jumpy when he’s excited, he quickly corrects with gentle guidance and settles down nicely. He’s quiet, keeps his space clean, and has a delightful personality—full of charm, silliness, and love. If you’re looking for a smart, loving companion with a playful spirit, Kodiak might be the perfect match! His adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives. To be considered for adoption, you must first submit the application found at: http://fs16.formsite.com/WishBoneCanineRescue/adoptionapplication/index.html For information about this dog's breed(s), visit: http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/abc.htm
