Kuba is a 5 month old Shar-Pei puppy who was rescued with his brother when his family lost their home due to the owner being diagnosed with cancer. We feel like he would be best with someone who is familiar with the breed as they have very strong traits. The Shar-Pei's name means "sand-skin" or "rough, sandy coat". Shar-Peis have a blue-black or purple tongue, which is rare among canines. Shar-Peis are known for their ultra-wrinkly skin, which was designed to protect them in dogfights.
