My Story

Meet Lacy, a beautiful Australian Cattle dog mix. SPSPCA saved her and her day old puppies from a rural shelter the day before they were to be euthanized. Lacy was born approximately Feb 13, 2023. She has been a wonderful mother to her 4 puppies and is learning how to trust humans and be inside a house. Lacy is now potty trained. She is quiet and shy. Gets along with the foster’s big and little dogs, doesn’t really care either way about the cats. She enjoys toys, attention and sleeping in bed with her foster. We are working on house manners. Lacy obviously had it very difficult before entering our care but as she learns to trust you she will become loyal and seems to be smart (a little stubborn) but easy to train. Lacy’s adoption fee is $175 which includes her vaccinations, microchip, spay, heartworm negative test with monthly preventative. Come meet Miss Lacy this weekend at our adoption event from 11-2 at the South plains SPCA, 8901 highway 87 building 119. You can also email [email protected] with questions.
