This sweet sweet gal is so unique in so many ways, her gorgeous coat and her sweet smile but the one that really makes her stand out from others would be the fact that she is deaf. Although this doesn't slow her down, and she is still one of the happiest dogs around – this does change the way she learns! Thanks to Lady's fosters she knows some commands already and our staff will be happy to discuss these ques with potential adopters!
Lady loves other dogs (her best friend is Peanut!) and we think Lady would be best paired up with another confident dog that can handle her energy and be a great companion for her! Lady has come across some feline friends and she does well – we think she'd be paired up best with dog-savvy felines and will discuss slow, proper introductions and how to set everyone up for success!
Kiddos 12+ for sweet lady, that are comfortable around a dog with hearing impairment and we'd like her to meet the whole family before going home. Although Lady doesn't need an experienced deaf dog owner, we are looking for an adopter that is comfortable, to helping Lady learn in the most positive manner so she can have the most glamorous life she possibly can have!
