Layla

Meet Layla! Layla is a very special girl. She's 2 years old, fully grown at 60 pounds and super sweet. She's very healthy, smart, has a medium energy level and is fully house-trained and crate-trained. Layla's favorite activities include exploring outside (whether it is a long walk or exploring her backyard), chewing a good bone and spending time with her humans. Layla recently completed a training program and we are so impressed with her accomplishments! Layla knows sit, stay, place, down, come and has good recall. Got string cheese? Great! Layla is very food motivated and will do just about anything for a piece of cheese! Layla would do great with a doggie sibling or as an only dog, as long as there are opportunities to keep her social. Her best canine companion is a happy-go-lucky dog as you'll see in her photos. Overall, Layla has an easy-going temperament and loves everyone she meets. Her former owners got her as a puppy but could not keep her because they needed to move out of the country and couldn't take her. We want to find her a new & great family who will not only love her but will also take pride in her on-going training and continue to support all the great things she has learned.
