Leela

Leela is a silly, spunky, strong willed shepherd mix puppy. She is a happy go lucky princess who loves all eyes on her! She loves playing tug, chase, and already has a toy collection started. She is a roughhouser with endless energy and prefers wrestling with our big dogs over any other kind of play. She can be nippy, yippy and full of that classic shepherd puppy energy, but does great when you put a toy in her gator mouth instead! When she begins to play a bit too rough it usually means it’s time for a nap! Leela is getting the hang of potty training with frequent potty breaks and can sleep through the night. She does wonderfully with mid-day naps and bedtime in her crate. We have been bathing her and clipping her nails since we brought her in and she takes it all great aside from being a wiggle worm. So far she has been aloof to our cat unless the cat initiates play. Leela always prefers to play with our dogs and has little interest in the cat. We believe Leela will grow up to be a gorgeous dog and a beautiful addition to an active, fun loving family. She would do well in a home with other dogs and seems fine with cats as well.
