Hi! My name is Leia, and I’m a 3-yr-old, 55 lb black beauty. I’m a big fan of snuggling on the couch with my humans, and I love to chew on my big toys and munch on treats. I’m really good with kids and enjoy their company—especially if they’ll play with me! I’m also quite the observer, often sitting by the window, watching all the people, squirrels, dogs, and other things pass by. However, I can be a little picky with other dogs, so I prefer careful introductions and might need some space when it comes to food or toys. I’m a fun-loving, playful girl who loves my walks—especially when I can track squirrels and rats. I could sniff around the neighborhood for hours, but after that, I’m all about the cuddles. I walk nicely on a leash, though I can sometimes pull a bit, and I’m learning to be better! I’m a very food-motivated girl and respond well to training.
