Introducing the Stillwell puppies! We have two handsome little boys, Leroy and Dinozzo, and two beautiful young ladies, Ziva and Eleanor. They are all eager to find their new homes. These young pups are part of a litter of seven puppies who arrived on the doorstep of their Southern foster. We think these pups may be Aussie-Border Collie mix, but your guess is as good as ours. They are interested and a little anxious in new places but settle quickly.
Leroy's foster family reports that he is gentle, independent, and affectionate little guy who is outgoing and quite goofy. He loves playing chase and tug-o-war with his canine friends, but he also slows down for a siesta on the couch with his humans. Is it naptime? Leroy is down for some cuddles on the couch or just a snooze on your lap!
Being so young, Leroy would love to find a family who has the time and patience to raise a puppy; he has so much to learn! He'll need house training, crate training and will need to learn to walk on a leash.
We strongly recommend that all our dogs - and especially puppies - attend obedience classes because you get to learn commands together, it offers an opportunity for confidence building and socialization for the dog, and it also helps to strengthen that ever-important bond between the dog and his human family. It's lots of fun, too!
Puppies are a lot of work and require a strong commitment to teaching them obedience, socializing with other dogs and people, playing with them and loving them to pieces. It takes a lot of time, energy and patience to bring up a puppy and it's totally worth it!
If you're ready to make that awesome commitment to bring up Leroy, then fill out an application today! Wet puppy kisses and warm, furry snuggles are just around the corner!
An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this.

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not by breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
