Lexie was found in a field along the irrigation bank as a stray. She had burrowed a hole in the sand to give birth to 8 beautiful puppies. Surviving on the land and dead carcasses to survive and provide for her pups she was spotted and rescued. Transported to the rescue where she has been a top notch mom and rescued dog. Pups are still nursing for 3 weeks then she will get on the spay schedule. Ready for a home early February Adoption donation is $400 to cover some of her expenses.
