Meet Loki! This 5 year old retriever mix has arrived from a loving home. He’s a gentle, laid back dog that so prefers a calm, quiet home. Loki weighs 39 pounds and is a great medium size. He should not go to a home with cats, and any children in the home should be 12+, as he prefers a quiet home. Loki just dreams of short walks, then cuddles by your side. He will be a fantastic companion for his new human. Let’s help Loki find happiness once again! *If you visit the shelter and don’t see the particular animal you are looking for, please ask at the front desk. No appointment is necessary to adopt. Our business hours are 11am - 4:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will not be accepted in advance. If you have dogs and/or kids in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
