Louie is a 2 year old, 41 pound Chow and Collie mix. He's so polite that he would even open the door for you if he could. Louie is easygoing. His medium size is perfect. He looks seious in his photo but his face lights up with joy when anyone stops by his pen. Louie enjoys other dogs and loves people! Adoption fees are $60, $30 or free. If the pet has been at the shelter more than 30 days, they are free. Check the INTAKE DATE on the adoption card to determine this. If the pet is 4 years of age or older OR if you adopt more than one pet, the fee is $30 for each pet. All others are $60. OKC Animal Welfare is open for adoptions from 12-5:00 Tuesday through Saturday. The shelter is at 2811 S.E. 29th St., phone # 405-297-3100.
