Lucille is estimated to be around 4 months old and was surrendered to Animal Friends due to her former owner having too many animals and being unable to continue caring for her. Her previous owner stated the following about her: - Does great meeting new people - Loves playing with squeaky toys - Is nearly fully housebroken, but also uses puppy pads - Is crate trained - Has been around other dogs her whole life and loves playing with them - High energy level but settles well - Has been around children and done well - Working on commands and does well with sit Lucille is currently spending some time in a foster home but we are excited for her to find a family of her own! All dogs over 6 months have been heartworm tested, and all dogs are treated monthly for fleas/ticks and are on Heartworm prevention (NexGard PLUS). All pets are spayed/neutered prior to a finalized adoption. All our dogs receive a behavior assessment before being placed for adoption to determine initial behaviors towards people and other dogs in the shelter environment.
