My Story

Lucky is currently in Texas but can travel with Mighty Mutt Shipping transport service and be with you by the weekend. Please see MightyMuttShipping.com or their FB page for more information or we will tell you about it when we talk. Lucky has a sponsor for much of his expenses his total adoption fee of $300 reflects that and includes his transportation. Lucky is a beautiful 18-month-old Great Dane/Lab mix. He is a big goofy boy that doesn't run as much as gallops. He walks well on a leash and knows commands like sit, down , no and kennel up. He is crate-trained and potty-trained. He was found living in a culvert under a train track in the middle of nowhere. He was very skittish of people, and it took 2 weeks of feeding him to earn his trust and bring him in. He is good with dogs and cats. He is blissfully unaware of how big he is or how clumsy he is, he is just happy to be alive. He loves his toys especially his big Lamb Chop, he almost always has it with him. He is just a big baby with a stuffy that he can't live without. Lucky has been neutered, is up to date on all vaccines, heart worm negative and on flea and tick prevention. He weighs approximately 90lbs.
