Lucy is an adorable Plott Hound mix who weighs about 38 pounds at an estimated 7 months of age. Just look at her brindle coat! Gorgeous. This happy girl just wants to be included in her humans' daily activities. She loves walking, running around with the other dogs in her Tennessee-based foster home and playing with toys - especially balls. After a day of play, she loves curling up for some pats.
This smart girl is doing great with her leash, crate and bathroom training. A forever home with a dog sibling for Lucy would be a plus!

If you wish to adopt our dogs, please complete an online APPLICATION. You must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered.
Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee.
Forever Home Rescue makes all of the transportation arrangements.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs.
Any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the South and will prefer to do their business outdoors.
Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up.
