My Story

Lucy is being fostered in Lynnwood, WA and she is available to meet! Lucy was found as a stray and taken to an animal shelter we help. Her stray hold was up, and she was going to be euthanized due to a lack of space. This happens daily where we rescue, so we knew her time was up. One of our fosters met her at the shelter, and wanted to save her life because she is a great dog. We were able to save her in time, and now Lucy is in Washington looking for a forever family. Lucy is a well mannered, sweet girl. She's playful with other dogs, enjoys chasing a ball and stuffed toys. She is a cuddle bug and is a great dog to watch movies on the couch with. Lucy knows the sit, come, and paw commands. She does great being kenneled while her foster works, and she doesn't get into anything when not kenneled at night. She has an easy going personality. She is a calm dog and has good house manners. She is also leash trained, house trained and rides well in the car. We think Lucy is a Cattle Dog and Rottweiler mix. She weighs 47 pounds and is estimated to be 2 years old. Lucy has been spayed, vaccinated for DHPP, bordetella vaccinated, rabies vaccinated, microchipped and is current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention. She is also heartworm negative.
