My Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Luke is a gorgeous 3-month-old pitbull mix puppy! As a typical puppy, Luke is full of energy and curiosity, always ready to explore his surroundings and play with his favorite toys. He plays hard and he sleeps hard. So far he is not a fan of cold weather and the snow. Luke loves to engage in playful activities and enjoys the company of both humans and other dogs. He is very affectionate and loves to snuggle up after a fun play session. As he grows, Luke is expected to become a large dog, so he will need a home that can accommodate his size and provide him with plenty of space to run and play. Like all puppies, Luke will benefit from basic obedience training, socialization, and lots of love and attention. If you're looking for a playful, affectionate, and eager-to-please puppy to join your family, Luke might be the perfect match for you! Luke is from Texas. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about Ruff Start's adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our How to Adopt page. *Rescue puppies are notorious for losing their birth certificates before entering our rescue. We cannot guarantee the breed or size they will be full grown.* If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
