This 4 year old wiggly pittie mix just wants to cuddle and be loved! She’s a fun, affectionate, playful gal and walks well on a leash, too! While in her foster home, Lulah goes to work each day with her dad!! How cool is this!! She’s a FANTASTIC companion!!
Lulah was a recent ambassador to a local nursing home with our volunteers and she was described as one of the BEST dogs that they have ever taken to visit. She was amazing, loving, and gentle with everyone she met. She’s truly good with people of all ages. She was not phased by wheelchairs or groups of people. Just absolutely a wonderful love!!
Lulah is an absolute favorite of volunteers!! We love her so! Lulah didn’t have the best start to her life, but our “job” as volunteers is to change this!!! Does her past have to determine her future? Absolutely not!!

No appointment is necessary to adopt. Our business hours are 11am - 4:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will not be accepted in advance.
If you have dogs and/or kids in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet.
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
