Luther (fka Jojo) was an emaciated sad pup who was found alone in rural Texas. Our Texas rescue partner pulled him from the municipal shelter and he is now safe with a temp TX foster mom to start him on the road to recovery. He is currently getting over kennel cough and we hope to soon learn more about him as he heals.
