Maddie

Maddie is a beautiful 8-month-old terrier-mix, who is on her second visit to the shelter. At only 5 months old, she was picked up as a stray. This sweet, pretty girl was adopted from the shelter but returned only two months later due to her shy personality and chewing. We don't know her entire backstory, but we do know that Maddie is friendly and forgiving. She loves treats and soft pets and belly rubs. We think she will blossom once she safe and loved and given time to adjust. Maddie is still young enough to adjust and we think she'll learn quickly. She got along well with kennel mates and her previous owner reported that she gets along with other dogs and kids. As with all puppies, Maddie will need some patience as she learns the rules of her new home.
