Meet the "A League of Their Own" litter! Born on May 16, 2024, these seven adorable German Shepherd mix puppies are ready to hit a home run and find their forever families. Their mom, Summer, a young adult German shepherd mix, was rescued from the streets while heavily pregnant, and just two weeks later, she delivered & raised her healthy, beautiful babies. We can only guess that they are mixed with Labrador and/or Border Collie. Now, it's time for these pups to find their own place in the world. These pups have been lovingly named after characters from the classic film, “A League of Their Own”: Doris (black/white), Dottie (black/white), Mae (mostly black), Kit (tan/black), and Marla (tri-color) are the girls. Ernie (brown/white) and Jimmy (tri-color) are the boys. At just 3.5 months old, they are already showing off their personalities and love for adventure. These pups are playful and love to explore. They will need homes that provide plenty of exercise, training, and mental stimulation to grow into well-rounded, happy dogs. Whether it's chasing a ball, learning new tricks, or snuggling up after a day of fun, each one is eager to join a family. These puppies will likely grow up to be intelligent, loyal, and active medium to large size companions, perfect for families or individuals looking for a smart and loving dog. They are great with other animals, and while they are still working on house and leash training, they are quick learners and will thrive with a little patience and consistency.
