ATTENTION: All of our dogs are in private foster homes. We do NOT have a kennel with multiple dogs. We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt. // // Say HELLO to Mamie, a super sweet 5 year old schnauzer mix. Mamie walks beautifully on a tight leash but wanders around a bit if you give her too much leash. Trots along on her walks 2-3 times a day and does very well. She can be a little jumpy if she hears a loud noise when out on her walk, but with more secure exposure, she will likely grow out of the fear of noises. She loves her baths and snuggles afterwards. Likes to sleep in the bed with her human. Gets along great with other dogs, and probably would do best with a buddy to hang out with but would be OK solo as well. She could use a little confidence building, as she seems a bit fearful but that will subside with time and patience as she bonds to her new family. She'll follow you everywhere and bond to you like super glue. She is easy going, full of love, and just as sweet as can be. Lots of petting daily. Almost zero barking, and almost all the way potty trained - about 95% success rate. Mamie is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her shots. Her adoption fee is $300 All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog.
