Meet Mars! This funny girl is hoping a family will pick her! She was surrendered to a high-kill shelter when her owner's life situation changed. She was very confused, but a fan favorite at the shelter among the volunteers. They tested her with dogs, walked her by cats and she didn't react to either. She LOVES to cuddle and is very affectionate with everyone. Mars is in a foster in Pennsylvania, but can be transported anywhere on the East Coast. Her foster mom says she is very friendly and loves people. She is well behaved and housebroken. She is working on commands so she can be a very good girl for her forever family.
