THERE IS SOMETHING ABOUT MARY! Is it those beautiful soulful eyes? Is it that no dog loves to have something make their tail wag more than Mary? Is it the way she looks at you with awe that you fed her, petted her, opened her kennel for her?  Is it the sacrifice she made to save her puppies? It it that it took months to realize she has a name? That only months ago, know one had ever petted her or rubbed her ears? Its all that! Mary longs for the day she can sleep by your feet and gaze outside. She loves a little walk and loves it even better when that walk is slow and she gets to stop and smell the roses. Mary loves her bed in her kennel. She is houetrained and leash trained. Very calm girl. Not sure about the cats. After an easy into with dogs, she is fine. But still prefers your feet.   She likes for you to sing Mary Mary to her?  Yes! There is something so beautiful  and special  about sweet Mary. Mary is 62 lbs and estimated to be getting close to two years old. She is a Pitbull mix. She recently underwent heartworm treatment and was spayed. Due to the number of introductions/questions received (hundreds daily) we ask you submit an application on our website (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue). The adoption fee for puppies covers initial deworming, puppy vaccinations, microchip, and spay/neuter at the rescue's approved vet at 6 months of age. All of our puppies live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. Breed labels are given based on information obtained during intake and/or best guesses based on appearance and/or temperament of the dogs and Take Paws Rescue gives no assurance to the accuracy of these labels. Labels are necessary for postings to many animal networking sites, such as Pet Finder, and are no way a guarantee. Additionally, exact age and potential size cannot be guaranteed.
