Mason

Mason is an adorable 13lbs mini poodle who actually smiles ?! Yes, he’s not showing his teeth to scare us there, it’s actually a happy submissive grin he does for attention. He’s timid but also warming up, follows the other dogs wagging his tail, and is going to be a great little best friend for someone with some patience to get him used to a real home, housebreaking, leash-walking, etc. He’s probably been used to father hundreds of designer doodle and poo mixes in his 5 years in the mill, but other than a bad ear infection seemed to escape in pretty good health. Since COVID-19, we are no longer holding our Sunday adoption events until further notice, but we are scheduling meet and greet appointments with a specific dog or dogs at our meeting spots in Northern NJ. We are a small all-volunteer organization focused on rescuing local dogs from area shelters, as well as accepting some surrenders and puppy mill rescues.
