His cleft lip is purely aesthetic, requiring no special care, and it just makes him even cuter. Max is the perfect combination of playful and sweet, always ready for a game of fetch or a cuddle session on the couch. He’s a social butterfly, getting along wonderfully with cats, dogs, and even chickens of all sizes! His best friend is his sister and their foster kitten, so Max would love a home where he has another furry friend to play with. Max is also making great progress with potty training and is working really hard at it! He’s eager to learn and always aims to please. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion with a heart as big as his blue eyes, Max might just be the perfect fit for you. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs. All our dogs will be treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations prior to adoption. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog, shelter or vet's or best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
