Meet Max – The Playful and Cuddly Golden Pit Mix! Max is a sweet and affectionate Golden Pit mix who’s ready to fill your life with joy and cuddles! Despite his rough start as a stray with burns on his belly, Max is a calm and loving puppy who loves to be near his people. His playful energy shines through when he’s outside, especially when he’s enjoying the snow or chomping down on his favorite bone treats. Max is a curious and inquisitive pup with a gentle demeanor. He’s not one to bark at every little thing but will happily bark during playtime. He’s also very interested in his cat friends, though she may not always return his affection—Max loves to sniff and follow her around with a friendly curiosity. He’s shown no issues with any age group, but his playful nibbles may catch younger children off guard, so some supervision is recommended. With a medium energy level, Max loves a good play session, but he’s also content to settle down with a toy and chew on it or snuggle up for a nap. He’s been learning commands like “sit” and “outside,” and while he’s still working on heeling and crate training, he’s progressing well. Although he’s not a huge fan of his crate, he’s perfectly fine with it once inside. Max is the perfect puppy for someone looking for a companion who is attached, goofy, and loves both playtime and cuddle time. He won’t wreak havoc, make constant noise, or demand nonstop attention, but he’ll shower you with love and affection when you give him that special one-on-one time.
