My Story

On 12/03/2024, around 5 am, I found two black lab retrievers at Mesa Park in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas. They are a boy and a girl, likely siblings. They’re about a year old and each weighs around 60 lbs. They’ve completed parasite treatments and are vaccinated and microchipped. Ideally, I’d love to find a home where they can stay together, as they’re very attached and get along so well. They are sweet, well-behaved dogs who get along well with small dogs. Just a heads-up: Max is vocal initially during a meet-and-greet. Also, they can be a little shy, but they mean no harm. Both dogs are well-trained, house-trained, and potty-trained. They can sit and wait patiently for food and treats. They respond to hand gestures along with verbal commands like "sit," "wait," "eat," and "go." It's important to use both hand gestures and verbal commands consistently. They are fine with other dogs (small and big), get along with cats, and are also good with kids. These two are full of energy! They’re very playful, love running around, and can sometimes be quite rowdy. They thrive on activity and will do best in a home where they can stay active and entertained. They are like kids—always on the go and ready for fun! Important feeding notes: No free feeding. They need to have a set schedule for their meal times. Max (the boy) tends to gobble up his food and treats quickly.
