MAXIMO IS BEING FOSTERED IN TEXAS. OUT-OF-STATE TRANSPORTATION CAN BE ARRANGED ******************************************************************************************************** MEET MAXIMO! Maximo was found tied up outside an apartment complex. Despite numerous attempts to find an owner, it appears he was intentionally dumped. Maximo's hair was so matted that he had to be sedated and shaved. He was also covered in an unbelievable amount of fleas! But that is in the past! Maximo has now been fully vetted and is totally healthy! His hair is still growing back in, but we believe he looks like a Shih Tzu - Poodle mix. He weighs 15 lbs and is estimated to be about 3 years old. Maximo is very smart and a quick learner! He loves to play with his foster siblings and would be best with a K9 friend of his size in his new home. He is house-trained and crate-trained. Maximo adores human affection, belly rubs, good treats, going on walks, and getting lots of TLC.
