Helloooo Handsome! This gorgeous boy with magnificent ears is MEMPHIS, a fun-loving young mixed breed boy. Memphis is around 1 year old and fully grown at just 15 pounds. His breed mix is anybody's guess -- maybe some Jack Russell Terrier?Chihuahua? Rat Terrier? Who knows! What we do know is he's adorable, sweet and friendly. Memphis loves making new friends. He's a big fan of treats, toys and play time. Memphis is also one of the most photogenic dogs we've ever met. If you'd like to meet Memphis, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Memphis at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate, if he's still available. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog's veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog's final adoption fee.
