Merope

Merope is a sweet senior who is in need of a new home! Merope came to us as a stray and we have had some insight on her previous life. Merope was kept on a leash outside for most of the day at her old home. Merope seems to catch onto potty training so she will probably catch on to your schedule pretty quickly. Merope does fine with other dogs but she get jealous easily. She would probably prefer being the only dog in the home. She also is a little wary of being picked up/carried around, so older children who can respect that she's an older lady who may want some space would be fine. Another thing about Merope, is that she is missing part of her nose. Our vet looked at her and said it looks fine, and shouldn't effect her. We are not sure if its an old injury or birth defect. Merope's adoption fee is $150 with a $100 spay deposit.
